Happy Halloween

The past few weeks have been anything but normal. The sheer amount of traveling alone makes it different enough, but add the fact that I’ve, umm, actually had to get dressed for work is something else entirely. My goal this week is to make up for lost time and stay in a pair of yoga pants for 152 hours. Straight.

Last week, while packing for another trip, I was so preoccupied I didn’t notice the bag JD laid at my side. Polo dug it out for me and–lo and behold–was his very own costume. And then I died. Happy Halloween from Polo the Pumpkin!

**Sidenote: Seeing how JD refuses to buy/dress/participate in dressing Polo (ever), I think this was a huge step forward…soon I might suggest matching t-shirts and taking a family picture at the beach!**

Awww this is so cute! I die! I tried to dress my dog (a neurotic sheltie-shepherd) up once as a scare-d-cat – a fitting costume for her. It didn’t go over well. Happy Halloween!

Sounds like JD and my dear hubby have something in common. You have given me hope that maybe mine will come around! Currently he pretends not to see the banana costume on our doggie.

Oh Polo, you are the darndest cutest pumpkin dog, and the way you have perfectly placed yourself in the grass, as if you have just sprouted in the pumpkin patch!

Your puppy is adorable! I would never get my fatty into a costume, plus I don’t think I could find one to fit! What breed is he? Looks just like my pup in the face, except she’s got about 20lbs on him! 😛

Awwwww! Happy belated Halloween to y’all! This post makes me SUPER happy because it sounds like your pup enjoys being dressed up. My pup, a border collie mix, (and sadly, my husband) hate the idea of her being in costume, so it’s nice to see a dog who appreciates it.
