Maybe her email to me meant more because my birthday is tomorrow. In just a day, I'll be another year older, so when she told me she hasn't achieved what she wanted from life so far, her words picked my heart.

Unknowingly, both our birthdays are approaching.

She said she felt stuck in work and personal life.
She was doing good (not great), but felt like she should be doing more.
