As some of you might know, I'm a huge proponent of outsourcing. I am but one person, and my business requires as much time and dedication as a new set of octuplets, so I need help. Amongst other things I'm not so great doing, I'm kinda terrible with my phone. As in, I don't use it. Email is my preferred mode of communication, so I searched for ways to outsource my phone presence…and I thought I found the perfect match until I found him SLEEPING ON THE JOB…
