San Francisco City Hall Elopement : Heather+Dan

His parents owned a coffee shop in Vancouver, Canada. Dan never wished to grind beans or steam milk, but one day eight and a half years ago, he walked into his parents' shop, saw a beautiful girl behind the counter, and began to pester his parents about getting a job. Suddenly, Dan's passion to make an espresso was comparable to nothing else. Skeptically, his parents gave him a job on one condition: he couldn't date any of the other employees.

Dan either ignored his parents' requests or just failed to hear them over the rush of the lattes being served because the minute he saw Heather, he was in for love. Heather laughs when Dan admits just getting the job to be close to her, especially because she thought they were just friends. After their second date, they knew they were meant for each other.

Dan proposed to Heather in San Francisco, so they loved the idea of eloping and having a wedding at San Francisco City Hall. With blessings from both families, they spent the afternoon together in newly wedded bliss…

Dan was all smiles as soon as he arrived to City Hall…he actually bought a wedding ring for Heather a year into their relationship. He kept the ring tucked away for another seven years, but seeing the smile on his face as he looked at his future bride shows it was worth the wait…

Heather and Dan walked to the second floor of City Hall for their wedding and enjoyed the quiet moments before they said I Do…

Heather, you are a stunning bride…

The ceremony was held in the rotunda of San Francisco City Hall…

Now *this* is the look of a bride who's extra happy to be married…finally! 😉

After wedding photos at City Hall, we departed to Golden Gate Park…

The sun was shining and it made for gorgeous early-afternoon light…Heather's green shoes were a delightful tough…

This pocket watch belonged to Heather's grandfather, who gave it to her brother before he passed away. Heather's brother lent it to Dan on his wedding day so a piece of the family was with them both on such a special day…

Happily ever after…

Happy Tuesday!
