Celebrating a New Addition to the Family

How do you measure growth? I wish personal development could be measured in inches or pounds or Super Mario gold coins.

Better yet, I wish I was given a patch that I could put on a green vest and proudly wear like a wide-eyed Girl Scout. Wanna join me?

I’d call us HUMAN SCOUTS. (Copyright pending)

A patch for Vulnerability. One for Apologizing When You Weren’t Wrong. Another patch for Breaking Through a Brick Wall like the Kool Aid Man.

I’d also include a special patch like, Staying Accountable to a Group of People Who’ll Challenge You and Call You On Your Bull$#!+. (Still working on this title)

Last week I would’ve proudly pinned that patch on my green vest, if I had one.

For the past two years, I stayed committed to a group of entrepreneurial friends with the intention of growing personally and professionally. It’s one the best/worst things I’ve done.

The BEST Part:

  • We laughed too hard, and too loud.
  • We celebrated the most epic wins and were shocked with the opportunities unfolding around us.
  • We wore workout clothes to dinner, jeans to the pool, and lounged in the resort lobby like we were wholesome members of the mafia.

The WORST Part:

  • Admitting the most heartbreaking losses and pitfalls openly and candidly.
  • Owning your mistakes in front of people you deeply respect.
  • Listening to others speak truth over your life and business, even when it hurts.

At the end of our trip, I felt like I’d become a new person, like a wet towel wrung dry. Tired, fresh, clean.

When I joined my first mastermind in 2016, I didn’t know what to expect…now—eight years later—I couldn’t imagine life without them.

(I should also admit that I’m a part of three masterminds this year alone!)

The people I’m in a Mastermind with feel like new members of my family.

When people ask me why I host my own mastermind (registration is open NOW), I simply reply:

The entrepreneurial journey is long and hard. We owe it to ourselves to surround our dreams, hopes and aspirations with highly strategic people who’ll push us beyond our expectations.

I create a space for people to believe that the impossible is possible, and their future can be better than they imagine with the right strategy and action plan.

It’s precisely what I want for you and why I’m inviting you to apply to my Mastermind for 7-Figure Entrepreneurs.

This is your chance to work alongside me and a group of brilliant people who’ll push you beyond your wildest imagination for personal and business growth.

I may or may not provide a green vest and patches,
