We have an opening for a Business Growth Coach for The Consistent $10K! This is an independent contractor (1099) role, for approximately 20 hours/week.

Business Growth Coach
You want to be part of a fast-paced, purpose-driven team where your service and encouragement directly empower others.
You’re organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable showing up daily to provide high-level coaching, encouragement, and guidance via screenshare videos.
You thrive in giving clear, direct feedback in a supportive way, and you love watching others grow because of it.
You light up when you get to encourage others, hold them accountable, and help them hit bold goals they didn’t think were possible.
Why would you want this job?
- Provide high-touch coaching support for entrepreneurs going through The Consistent $10K program.
- Review students’ submitted work daily (and often many iterations of it) and deliver clear, actionable and personalized Loom video feedback grounded in The Consistent $10K curriculum.
- Track progress and hold students accountable to their 90-day milestones.
- Provide encouragement, clarity, and motivation to keep students moving forward.
- Engage with team trainings to stay aligned with program expectations.
- Maintain the supportive, elevated voice and high standards of the Jasmine Star brand in your feedback.
What you'll be doing:
- Experience as a coach or mentor (especially in digital program-based settings).
- Background in digital or social media marketing.
- Prior experience working in a remote team environment.
We'd love you to have:
- Top-tier organizational skills and extreme attention to detail (you have a million folders you file emails into)
- Comfortable and confident creating Loom coaching videos that translate what’s taught in The Consistent $10K program into customized advice for different types of students. These videos must be focused, kind, and directly helpful to students.
- Strong command of English: excellent grammar, spelling, and verbal clarity (no rambling).
- Understand the anatomy of a digital offer and know what makes an effective message, offer, and marketing strategy
- Proactive, deadline-oriented, and consistent in follow-through.
- Calm and professional under pressure and adaptable in a high-energy, evolving environment.
- Dependable, deadline-driven, and don’t need to be chased down to deliver work. You thrive working autonomously; collaborating remotely with our team using Slack, Zoom and various other platforms.
- An open mind to feedback and guidance and a team spirit - you’re willing to pitch in and help other coaches as needed.
- Proficiency preferred in slack, notion, and asana.
