I didn’t know anyone in the audience, but I was introduced to the wife of the CEO (Hi SheriLynn!) minutes before I walked on stage and I asked her to capture three 4-seconds video of me on stage from her chair in the front row.

Was this ideal? Well, no. But want to know what’s worse? Not having content documenting my (somewhat cringe) journey toward my dreams.

Did I feel awkward asking her? Yes. Did feel bad asking for a favor from a virtual stranger? Yes.

But I willingly set my pride aside and asked for help when I needed it.

I hope this gives you courage to ask for the same.
