Richard Ryan

Richard Ryan has been at the forefront of digital media and marketing since 2005, with over five billion affiliated views and millions of subscribers and followers to himself and his brands. His shift in focus went from traditional medial to digital when he started a software company to facilitate the needs of content creators with the development of iOS. He built numerous mobile firsts and even had a YouTube in the Apple app store 4 years before YouTube did. He even tied adsense to that mobile app to help independent creators predating the YouTube partner program. Since then, he has worked with Google, the YouTube Product Team, 20th Century Fox, Paramount, and Universal. In 2015 he launched Rated Red with Verizon and Hearst becoming one of their fastest growing digital media brands garnering millions of subscribers in its first year and millions of views. During the same time Richard co-founded Black Rifle Coffee Company and served as the Chief Marketing Officer developed a media and content strategy that skyrocketed it from $1m in revenue in it’s first year to a publicly traded company IPO’ing at a $1.7b evaluation in 2022. Today his focus is incubating companies focused on incentive alignments in tomorrow’s digital infrastructure.
