Do It While You’re Busy

Have you ever been so busy that someone looked at your calendar and basically said, “Absolutely not, ma’am”?

Same.

In this episode, I’m sharing a behind-the-scenes business decision that started with an AI opportunity, a very logical COO, a screenshot of my packed calendar, and my deep desire to prove that being busy is not always the reason to say no.

Here’s the truth: I don’t believe busy people have more time. I believe busy people have more clarity.

When your schedule is full, you don’t have the luxury of overthinking. You don’t get to research, plan, optimize, spiral, re-plan, and then call it “strategy.” You make decisions. You prioritize. You move.

And that’s exactly why I believe busy can become an unfair advantage.

In this episode, I talk about how I approached a possible new project, why my COO challenged me with facts, and how my mentors helped me realize I didn’t need to make an immediate yes-or-no decision. I needed more information.

But more than that, this episode is about choosing action over indecision.

Because let’s be real: “I’m too busy” often sounds responsible, but sometimes it’s just fear wearing a blazer.

Busy isn’t always the problem. Indecision is.

I also share why working parents, side hustlers, and already-in-motion entrepreneurs often make faster progress than people who are waiting for the perfect wide-open calendar. The person with two free hours might research. The person with 20 minutes ships the thing.

And baby, shipped beats perfect every time.

You’ll hear why momentum beats motivation, why action creates self-reliance, and why your constraints might be the very thing that forces you into your next level.

So if you’ve been waiting for life to calm down before you start the business, train for the marathon, sign up for the program, or make the move… this episode is your loving, spicy nudge.

Do it while you’re busy.

Because busy people get it done.
