Be honest… How many drafts of social media posts do you have? 

Or anywhere else. 

How much unused content do you have waiting to be posted? Whatever your number, I have a question for you: Why haven’t you posted it yet?

Allow me to make a few guesses.

  • You aren’t sure it’s really “you.”
  • You’re worried about what your friends and family will think. 
  • You haven’t made it perfect yet.
  • You’re not sure it’s the “right” kind of content.

Let’s be honest: We could make this list a mile long and still come up with excuses–eh hem–I mean “reasons” why you haven’t posted your content yet.

I’ve got a truth bomb for you.

Not posting your content will never help you discover what kind of content you should be posting.

Just post something TODAY.

Anything. Stop overthinking it and just post. I promise you it will lead you closer to what you want in your business. 

The only way your followers will learn about and become interested in your business is if you talk about it. 

Resist the temptation to overthink the process by telling yourself

  • “I’m not sure I’m saying this right.”
  • “I’m not sure if this is a good post.”
  • “I’m scared of what people will think.”

You will never find the answers you want until you put your content out into the world. 

Consider this your [loving] swift kick in the pants for you to take an action… TODAY.

What you want is coming… if you don’t quit. 

Answer me this:

If so, for how long? One year? Three years? Five years? How about ten years? 

I’ve asked myself this question more times than I can count. My answer is and always will be a resounding, “Yes!”
