Why Being An Early Riser Helps Your Business

I wake up at 4:30 every morning. I know, I know… I can FEEL everyone on the internet rolling their eyes right now!

I don’t wake up early with an alarm, and no, I don’t claim it’s the “secret to my success.”

Now, before we go on I know you’re probably wondering what time I go to bed in order to wake up so early. So, let me tell you: I go to sleep between 10 and 10:30PM.

I've always been the kind of person who sleeps around six to six and a half hours, and I've been this way since high school.

>>So if you need a full eight hours, definitely do that, I'm not saying to change, buttercup!<<

But I AM going to ask you to carefully consider what time you're going to bed, and notice what you are doing in those late hours.

For me, I realized I was wasting a LOT of time late at night watching television. When I started going to bed earlier, I was still sleeping the same amount, but I was working in the morning instead of wasting time vegging out at night.

That small shift in my wake up call created a lot of strategic benefits. So in a nutshell, my productivity increased, and I got more done because I was up before anybody else on my team was working.

I love that the early hours I have every day are entirely mine. I am able to work without distractions and I start my day off the way that I want to: slowly, with lots of reading, meditating, and praying

>>The truth is, when I started waking up earlier, I found I was more productive, worked more efficiently, and accomplished more.<<

So friend, this is my invitation to you to start waking up 30 minutes early for the next seven days to see the extra tasks you'll get done.

I am not asking you to make a big lifestyle change! I‘m simply asking you to try something new to see if your productivity changes, your mornings start off effectively, or maybe get more done because you're laser-focused.

If you're willing to try this, can you leave a comment below so I can follow up with you personally and cheer you on? I'd love to connect and hear about the big changes that you are making in your business and your life.

To early mornings and increased productivity,

J*
