Wow…life is crazy. And crazy in the best of ways. Not only was my birthday pretty darn awesome (with many thanks to you, too!), my sister got engaged! Of course my family is thrilled and we're incredibly excited to add another member to our family (although I warned him last night he will be getting more than he bargained for with us crazy Latinos!), but Matt is seriously in love with Bianca. And she's head-over-heels for him.

So. Can you guess what's coming next? Yup. That's right. Last night my sister posted on my Facebook wall: “So, will you shoot my wedding? :)”

She added the smiley face for guilt. Because that's what sisters do. They guilt each other into not telling Mom about missed curfews, telling Dad you scratched the passenger door of the minivan (yes, Dad, it was me), and they guilt each other into borrowing each other's clothes. Oh, and, SHOOTING THEIR WEDDING.

I've been thinking about this for a while…should I shoot the wedding? I want to experience her wedding day. But–as I tried to explain to others–sometimes I do the best experiencing behind my camera. And sometimes I don't. I'm totally confused.
