For example: If you have 1000 followers, that means your post will be seen by 20-30 people.
For example: If you filmed a Reel 20 of your followers saw it, and the majority of them engaged (liked, commented, tagged a friend, etc.), their reactions indicate to the algorithm that they like what they’re seeing.

What does this mean for you and your business?

So how do you get better reach with your Reels? The answer is not top secret. If you want better reach with your Reels, you must be more engaging. That’s it.

If you want to create an engaging Reel, it’s not enough for you to dance, be really cute, or just randomly point.
Let me be clear: I’m not saying don’t do those things. (You’ve probably seen me do all of the above and more in my Reels!)
I’m saying it’s not enough to only use those popular tactics if you want more engagement and reach.

The reach of your Reel will increase when:
If you’re not getting views on your Reels, there’s a good chance your content does not fall into one of the above categories.
The goal of your Reel should be to get people to engage with you, because that’s what indicates to the algorithm that people are interested in your content and it should be shown to more people.
