Breaking Free From Self-Doubt

Boo, have you ever felt caged by negative thoughts?

If you’ve been shackled to self-doubt, I feel you. Deeply.

>>For years I was imprisoned by toxic thoughts, daily reminders of my deeply seeded fear.<<

  • I’m not good enough.
  • I’m not doing it right.
  • I’m a failure.
  • I don’t matter.

These negative thoughts that swirled around in my head inhibited me to reach my full potential. What’s worse, they caused me to go into a self-doubting spiral.

I felt stuck.

The chains that connected me to these lies kept getting tighter…and tighter…and tighter.

But by implementing one change, I was able to break free from my self-doubt so I could continue pursuing my purpose.

Wanna know what changed? (Warning: it’s so simple you won’t believe it…until you try it.)

Everyday I repeat the following reminders to myself:

>>You’re doing the best you can. Your mistakes don’t define you. You can’t fail, you simply learn. Your voice matters. Ask for help. You‘ll get knocked down, but you must stand up.<<

I replaced the negative thoughts with Truth.

I’m no longer a prisoner of self-doubt. Instead, I’m free to be 100% me.

>>By repeating my Truth over and over everyday, my doubts are replaced with confidence, and my confidence gives me freedom to see my success as a foregone conclusion.<<

*See, I told you it was that easy!*

But this doesn’t just work for me! I believe this so much that this is precisely what I tell others on a daily basis.

Friend, if you feel chained to your self-doubt, I’m here to help you break free!

*This isn’t feel good, rah-rah inspirational hot air. This is as true as you let yourself believe.*

Your mind will believe what you tell it. By telling yourself your self-proclaimed Truth, you can break free from self-doubt, too.

Now the only question remains Buttercup: will you believe it and continue to work for what you want?
