As business owners, we have a tendency to think that things are only happening to us. We think that nobody else has had or will have the same experiences as us.

But that is far from the truth!

Somebody has been in your shoes before. Likewise, someone else will eventually be in the situation that you’re in right now.

It is when we feel this support from others that we feel confident in making tough decisions…like whether or not to switch up a strategy in business.

Whether you’re the type to write them down in a journal, keep them saved in a file on your computer, or etched in your head, we all have strategies for our businesses.

>>There comes a time for every business owner when certain strategies need to be evaluated…and possibly changed.<<

It’s so hard to know if you should stick to a strategy or change it up. 

My loving advice? Do both.

>>My strategy for strategies is this: 80% stick to it, 20% change it up.<<

*I am alllll about testing and trying new things, but I’m also part of the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” club!*

The key here is giving yourself the permission (and grace) to test new strategies. And if it doesn’t work, change it up again!

Listen Buttercup, I give advice that I wish someone would’ve told me. Like my mentor once said, “What got you here, won’t get you there.”
