As you close out the year and begin to navigate into a new one, you’re going to have to move past your struggles to get what you want. You cannot get what you do not work for.

How can something so simple be so difficult?

Oftentimes, I see people complaining about the results they don’t have, for the work they did not do. 

Before we move forward, let me first say this… I know why you’re here and what you want. 

You are a dreamer. A dreamer who is trying their darndest to do great things. BIG things.

I’m going to invite you to get a little bit uncomfortable because if you do the same thing you’ve always done, you’ll always get the same results. That’s a guarantee. 

It may not be the guarantee you were hoping for, but it’s true. 

Ready for another truth bomb?

Hold tight to that dream of yours (because it IS possible), you just need to DO something different to get something different.

My message to you is not to be an influencer, although I have no issue with that. 

My message to you is, be a business owner with influence. 

My favorite keynote I gave in 2021 was when I spilled everything I know about business onto the stage… and then waited.

I waited for 98% of the room to hear what I had to say, agree, but then take little to no action. 

Then I waited for the 2% of quiet, determined, undaunted business owners to get to work. 

A couple of months later, I began getting messages from that small group of action takers. The doers… 

These people are prepping for an amazing 2022… not because they’re special, lucky, or gifted. 

They’re simply showing up, moving past whatever roadblocks, uncertainty, and struggles they may face along the way, and doing what they can to thrive.
